“Barnsley, I loved your great personality, humor, and sound advice for those who need to make good, sound lifestyle changes that improve personal and business performance. I learned how to recognize, manage, organize, and set goals, and how to balance my valuable time both personally and professionally!” DC, Business Owner in Burlington, NC
“Hi Barnsley, I attended your 'Loving Your Job!" seminar and wanted to share with you how we applied some of the information we received.
After coming back to work, the Director of Nursing (who sat next to me at the seminar) had a really bad afternoon. A LOT OF STRESS!!! I shared with some of my co-workers the hilarious story you told about the man who was giving you a really hard time so you diffused the stress by visualizing him in pink polka dot underwear.
Being the caring person that I am, I wanted to de-stress the Director of Nursing so the next morning before she came in, we got into her office and put pink polka dots all over the walls and furniture, including one particular wall, which we decorated in the shape of a thong. Needless to say, it was a very light-hearted day for all of us!
Thank you for all the wonderful information and for re-charging our energy!” Sandy Watson, Director of Marketing and Admissions, Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Johnston County
